Overview

TL;DR

A database where data providers (crypto investigators, analysts etc) will submit data on action taken on an EVM address (paying a loan back fully, hacking a protocol, etc) and attach a score to it.

When a request is received for that address, "Miners" go through the history of the address in question and come up with a score based on that address transaction on the given network.

an NFT can be minted via a Ricardian contract to issue the final certificate.
